Langtang Valley – Ganjala pass- Helambu Trek – 16days

To discover further isolation, through some of the magnificent villages, least ventured before, pristine Himalaya view etc.. Teahouse facilities are not available in Ganja La region, hence trekking should be fully supported and self-sufficient to meet all requirement and contingencies that come up. The highest point of this trek is Ganja La Pass (5122m). This region remains one of the alluring trekking corners of Nepal where your effort becomes meaningful!

Majestic Kanchenjangha Trek- 28 day

Kanchenjunga straddles the border with Sikkim in the remote North East region of Nepal. The third highest mountain in the world it is one of the most inaccessible and formidable of the entire Himalayas. The trek in is a long and often an arduous one. Kanchenjunga's proximity deters all but the most avid mountain enthusiasts.
A journey, which takes you through scattered settlements of thatched farmhouses with colourful flower gardens, wild coniferous woodland and on to remote Buddhist settlements where people scratch a living from the barren land. The climax of this trek in both altitude and scenic splendor is undoubtedly the three days hike up the Kanchenjunga glacier where the views are quite simply overwhelming.

At 8598 m. Kanchenjunga, is the third highest peak in the world. It lies in a sensitive restricted area astride the Nepal/ Sikkim border, only a few miles from Tibet. Our trip will avoid the restricted area and head for the Yalung glacier immediately to the south of Kanchenjunga.

The journey starts with a trek over the Mahabharat Lekh range with majestic views of both the Mt Everest and Kanchenjunga massifs with the Arun Valley between them. We trek through richly cultivated hillsides, Rhododendron forests and yak pastures that lye below the glacier. The return route heading west passes through some delightful villages of Taplejung. The panoramic views of Everest, Makalu and Kanchenjunga are magnificent on our descent to the road head.

Ghorepani -Poon Hill - Ghandruk Trek (12 days)

This trek is well suited for the beginners or for those who have limited time but still want a real Himalayan experience. The trek starts from Nayapul after a short drive from Pokhara, the trail passes through rhododendron forest and fascinating traditional Gurung village of Ghandruk; a nice opportunity to witness the culture and tradition of Nepalese countryside. Along the way, there are spectacular views of the snowy peaks of the Annapurnas, capped off by the unforgettable mountain panorama from Poon Hill.

An easy trek which takes you up to an elevation of 2800 meter at Ghorepani can also be combined as an extension trip to cultural tours of Kathmandu & Pokhara. The trip can be done throughout the year except during monsoon [July & August].

Jomsom-Muktinath trek (15days)

The trek takes you along the Kali Gandaki to Muktinath on the border of Mustang, which is popularly known as the Himalayan Shangri-la.

As you hike through the Kali Gandaki Valley, passing through the deepest gorge in the world; the trek finally emerges into the wide valley of Jomsom, a Himalayan Shangri-la. Beginning the trek from Nayapul after a short drive of about 45 minutes from Pokhara, the trail passes over the Ghorepani pass and descends down to Kali Gandaki valley. The views from the first rays of the sun at the break of dawn grace the pinnacles of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna from Ghorepani, creating a landscape that is absolutely magnificent to behold. Along the route, fascinating traditional villages of Gurung, Magar & Thakali will keep you enthralled day after day as you hike along the way. Once you reach Jomsom you can either trek to the famous Muktinath temple [Temple of Lord Vishnu] at 3710 meter or explore the fascinating villages around Jomsom.

Annapurna Base Camp Trek (16 days)

Annapurna base camp trekking is famous trekking area for trekkers in Nepal. The peaks of the western portion of the great Annapurna Himal, including Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Fang, Annapurna, Ganagapurna, Annapurna 3 and Machhapuchhare, are arranged almost precisely in a circle about 10 miles in diameter with a deep glacier-covered amphitheater at the center.

Our trek commences from Nayapul, which is an hours scenic drive from Pokhara with some fabulous views of Annapurna (South) and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) en route . From Nayapul, a half an hours walk brings us to Birethanti, situated at the confluence of Modi and Bhurung rivers, here the route divides.

We take the West trail towards Ghorepani, a trading village situated at an elevation of 2750 m., where there is a tremendous vantage point (Poon hill - 3194 m.) to view both the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himal.The views at sunrise from Poon hill are simply stunning.From Ghorepani, the trail leads East to the hamlet of Tadapani and on towards Chhomrong, from where we commence our journey into the Annapurna Sanctuary and onwards to Annapurna Base Camp. The journey to base camp follows the valley in between the huge ramparts of Himchuli & Machhapuchhre, eventually emerging into an awesome Amphitheater, where a labyrinth of mountains and Annapurna I tower almost vertically above us.

Gokyo Valley Trek (15 days)

Trekking around Gokyo valley is considered a traditional trek that offers magnificent views of the mountain peaks and the Ngozumpa Glacier- the largest in Nepal's Himalayas. The image of this region is associated with the soaring views of the most popular mountains in Nepal, at an altitude of 8000m such as Cho Oyu, Everest, Lhotse and Makalu which are clearly visible from Gokyo Ri above Gokyo Lake. One of the most remarkable features is the views of the tremendous ice ridge between Cho Oyu and Gyachung (2922m) located in Khumbu region.

After a thirty five minute flight from Kathmandu landing at Lukla’s tiny airstrip, the adventure really begins. We spend the next few days trekking and interacting amongst the mountain people also known as Sherpa’s, we stay at local lodges and trek into the heartland of their villages. Everything is organized in conjunction with local Sherpa guides. Along the trek we will pass Buddhist monasteries with the views of Everest and other snow towering mountains getting closer by the day. We will have rest days in the villages of Namche bazaar that will allow us to explore the region and acclimatize, which is very important. After trekking to Gokyo Ri (5483 meters), we return at a leisurely pace back to Namche and Lukla for our flight back to Kathmandu.
